Your order will be shipped via Express Delivery (Next or Second Day delivery) from the time your package is ready. There may be occasions that we do not have all of your ordered items in stock. In this case, it will be necessary to order the item, which usually takes only 1-2 days. Once we have all your items in stock, your package will be sent via Express Delivery. This shipping method will ensure that your package arrives to you within 2 days of leaving our warehouse, sometimes overnight, not including Sundays and holidays. If you need your items by a certain date, please e-mail or call our customer service department to verify that all of your items are in stock before ordering. We can ship your order to a P.O. Box. Just make sure you fill in the correct billing address associated with your credit card. Since it is often difficult to predict an item's selling popularity, we may be out-of-stock of an item you chose. In the rare case that the item is out-of-stock or on back-order, your package may be delayed and we will notify you by e-mail. You may either wait for shipment or cancel your order. If you don't mind waiting for your item, we appreciate your patience during the delay and you may receive a coupon good for your next order.
